"I have had State Farm for 25 years on my autos, home and life ins and have always been very pleased with there customer service until this past couple years, well we final had enough😕 I am so sad to say we have had to CHANGE EVERYTHING ALL OF OUR POLICIES 7 IN TOTAL!! WHY?? Because the customer service 😞 we are told one thing and the opposite happens on more than one occasion, very frustrated and sad... State Farm here in MTN CITY and at there regional offices need to do better for there customers. #ENOUGHISENOUGHINMTNCITY"
